Réponse de Google Support (désolée c'est en français) It is happening to Outlook 2016 & 2019 and it doesn't matter if it is the retail or office 365 suite. Does anyone have a clue on this fix or what is going? We are seeing this happen to Outlook mailboxes the last few days under multiple different domains under the Business G Suite. Then it disappears again after a few time reopening outlook. We have even created new profiles which will work the 1st couple times when you setup a brand new G Suite Sync User. We have done office repair, office full repair, reinstall GSSMO and even removed the latest few windows 1909 updates.
The first thing we noticed if we removed 32 bit outlook at install 64 bit, it came back but then shortly after that, its gone again.
We have hundreds of mailboxes under the G Suite Business and all of sudden this week, the icon disappeared which for years has always been there showing you the sync turning green as soon as you open up Outlook.
Did something change and I cannot believe this has not been brought up yet.
